About Thaddeus Heffner

Thaddeus Heffner is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Tennessee who is currently working as a therapist with Center for Relational Healing in the Greater Nashville area. Thaddeus is experienced in facilitating individual, couples, family and group counseling. He received an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennessee.

Prior to that, Thaddeus Heffner successfully completed a practicum with Restore Ministries Counseling of the YMCA, also in Nashville, Tennessee, and has worked with “At-Risk-Youth” in the public school system.

Thaddeus has special training in the areas of EMDR for trauma, family of origin dysfunction, and unwanted same sex attraction. He also presents educational awareness on the issues relating to unwanted same sex attraction.

As part of the Center for Relational Healing team, Thaddeus Heffner is a member of the Tennessee Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, the National Association Therapy for Homosexuality, and the Nashville Area Association of Christian Counselors.
